Wesley Stace a.k.a. John Wesley Harding

Wesley Stace is a man with a dual creative personality. An acclaimed novelist and songwriter, he’s earned an international following under the stage name, John Wesley Harding. During his tenures at Sire, Rhino and Hollywood Records, he released a robust 17 album catalogue that ranged from traditional folk to full-on-pop. His most recent album was recorded in Minneapolis at Ed Ackerson’slegendary Flowers Studio (MPLS), in collaboration with alt-country heroes The Jayhawks, Stace’s musical versatility ranges from traditional folk to full-on pop and has won over audiences and critics alike.
