Reggae Summer Splash
Innocent, International Reggae All-Stars, Socaholix
Get your summer started and your spirits high with three of the premier Caribbean bands in the Midwest – International Reggae All-Stars, Socaholix, and Innocent. Love, positive vibrations, chill people and chill vibes!
Innocent and Socaholix kick off the festivities Under The Canopy, our outdoor music venue. They’ll be followed by an after-party with International Reggae All-Stars on our main theater stage.
Socaholix, a high-energy Caribbean dance band, is comprised of members from Africa, the Caribbean, and the U.S. Their magical musicianship creates an energy that is both unique and infectious. From the first beat of the drum, the audience is drawn in and within moments, the dance floor is full.
Packed with thought-provoking lyrics, cool guitar, and captivating stage presence, Innocent puts up quite an exhilarating show. The true dedication to their message of international injustices and the unprivileged people in the world makes Innocent a rare band the blends inspiration with the roots of Reggae.
With band members hailing from Venezuela to Liberia, and US Virgin Islands to Jamaica, the International Reggae All-Stars are truly a global band. Featuring one of today’s hottest reggae vocalists, Jamaica’s native Lynval “Golden Voice” Jackson, the International Reggae All-Stars play reggae, dancehall and all the Bob Marley classics – bringing peace, love, and positive vibrations with them wherever they go.
