Minneapolis, Minnesota’s Atomic Energy Commission is thrilled to announce their first-ever single, “Frank Lloyd Wrong,” from their upcoming eight-song 12″ EP, Post Fax Nation.  Video footage was filmed in secrecy in Spring Green, Wisconsin, in the shadow of Frank Lloyd Wright’s landmark estate, Taliesin, and is a visual testimony of the band’s trademark cheeky irreverence.

Forged in the ashes of other people’s broken dreams, Atomic Energy Commission is the brainchild of David Foley (Things That Fall Down), Matthew Amundsen (Devouring Youth/Surface Hoar), and Tom Parsons (Clusterflock).  Their music has been described as both funky abstract expressionism and feral post-punk.  Their debut, Post Fax Nation, will be released on February 14, 2020 by Galloping Foxley Recordings.  To celebrate, they will play the Hook & Ladder Mission Room on February 13th, with support from Waveless and Low Rats.  Regional dates in the spring and a national tour in the summer will follow.
