A summer evening showcasing The Two Tracks, a very talented Americana group from Wyoming taking their first train trip to MN. The May North and Thirsty River will help welcome them to the kindest city in the midwest! Come out and support some wonderful Americana / Bluegrass on this beautiful summer evening!

The May North – 8pm
The Two Tracks (WY) – 9pm
The Thirsty River – 10pm

The Two Tracks write songs with heart-felt emotion, and lyrics that speak to the listener with honesty, conviction and integrity. Based out of Wyoming, they’ve begun touring nationally on the success of their Postcard Town album, released in 2017, and produced by Will Kimbrough at the Grammy winning Butcher Shoppe Studio in Nashville. Their harmony-rich songs often add cello to a solid groove, creating a unique ambiance that’s all their own. The group has been featured at Red Ants Pants, Albino Skunk and Bohemian Nights among other regional festivals

The May North

There’s a restless spirit flowing through the North Country that’s hard to define, and sometimes a good song is the only way to put it into proper perspective. The May North has a rare knack for doing just that—making sense of love, loss, long winters, longer highways and the shifting lines between urban and country living. With a sound that’s part folk, part bluegrass and a bit of breakneck blues, The May North pays tribute to these forms while carving its own path.

The Thirsty River
Newcomers to the local bluegrass scene, The Thirsty River have already been making waves in a genre that has some stiff competition. Only a couple years into their musical journey, the band has already created a very enjoyable, bright and bouncing E.P. In the April release The St. Croix Sessions gives you an inside look to a hardworking, and highly competent group of musicians and manages to stand out against a multitude of impressive americana and bluegrass records.
