New Candys

New Candys is an Italian alternative rock band formed in Venice in 2008. New Candys’ third album Bleeding Magenta was released on October 8, 2017 by Fuzz Club and repressed by Little Cloud Records in the United States. Recorded by Andrea Volpato and produced by the band, it received critical acclaim from the press including the music webzine Drowned in Sound. Two songs from the album, and one from a previous record, were featured on three episodes of Showtime Networks original TV series Shameless.

Flavor Crystals

Flavor Crystals are a psychedelic shoegaze band from Minneapolis, Minnesota. After years of exploration and weirdness, they added bubbly liquid and jelloed into a real band, recording their debut album On Plastic as a document of the sleepy wobbly blurry dreamscape vibe they found together.  The Crystals released “On Plastic” in 2005 on mpls ltd. “Ambergris” recorded with Kramer and released on vinyl by mpls ltd in 2007 and on cd by Second Shimmy (Distributed by Cargo UK) in 2008. Toured the US opening for the Brian Jonestown Massacre in 2009. Released triple LP “Three” in 2012. Toured with the LSD and the Search for God and the Telescopes and in 2012, and toured the Carsick Cars and White+ in 2013. Toured with Chui Wan Spring 2015 and released “The Shiver of the Flavor Crystals” double LP Fall 2015.

Chatham Rise

Chatham Rise is a Psych/Shoegaze/Space Rock band from Minneapolis and has played shows with the Jesus & Mary Chain, My Bloody Valentine, Brian Jonestown Massacre, LOOP, SPECTRUM, Black Mountain, Temples, Morning After Girls, Allah-Las, The Horrors, Besnard Lakes, Dead Meadow, The Warlocks, Crocodiles, Elephant Stone, The Stratford 4 and many more…

Black Thumb

Like a hand yanked from a slammed door, the dark outsider pop of Black Thumb emerges bruised and fragile. Colin Wilde, who has been known to play organ for Wisconsin punks Tenement, began Black Thumb as a solo project back in 2012 and is now seeing the release of his debut cassette It Is Well With My Soul through Forward Records (Radiator Hospital, Pity Sex).

Panther Ray

“Instruments and vocal mics trade hands regularly as the multi-instrumentalists celebrate a poly amorous cacophony of junk psychedelia, youth-powered garage rock, exuberant pop weirdness, and experimental studio wizardry. What at first seems amateurish or slapdash, quickly unfolds as fully-intentioned execution of precise tone, technique, and texture that haven’t seen the light of day since 1968, if ever. Sounds appear for a few notes and disappear just as quickly, serving their purpose before making room for the next.
