Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has advised us against holding events of 50 or more people for the next eight weeks. We are rescheduling Big Fat Love at The Hook and Ladder Theater for Thursday, July 23. All purchased tickets for Thursday, April 9 will be honored on the rescheduled date. All ticket buyers will be notified by email and updates will be posted on our website and Facebook.

Local songwriters Mother Banjo and Art Vandalay present their 12th annual “Big Fat Love” tribute show, bringing together some of the Twin Cities’ top Americana talent to celebrate John Prine’s 1/2 birthday.
This year’s event will feature songs from John Prine’s illustrious songwriting career that has spanned over 45 years, featuring some unique interpretations of some of Prine’s lesser known classics along with some of his more famous songs like “Angel From Montgomery,” “Paradise,” “Illegal Smile” and “Hello In There.”
