The Roots, Rock & Deep Blues Festival will also feature a variety of local, Longfellow neighborhood brick-n-mortar restaurants, including: Matt’s Jucy Lucys, Indian Cuisine from Ghandi Mahal, pizza, salads, and more from Geek Love Cafe located inside Moon Palace Books.
The Firehouse Performing Arts Center is committed to helping the planet by inspiring the live performance music industry to go green. We ask our guests to observe our continued commitment to zero-waste and low carbon footprint initiatives. We are committed to using 100% compostable and post-consumer recycled materials and at least one solar-powered stage.
Bring your reusable water bottle. We’ll have reusable water bottle refilling stations, with water supplied the City of Minneapolis.
We encourage all attendees to consider biking! For our two or three-wheeled guests, we’re partnering with The Hub Bike Co-Op to offer a free bicycle valet service. All bicyclers get to take advantage of our exclusive Speed Entrance to the festival grounds.
