Kitchen Dwellers
Kitchen Dwellers formed three years ago below the Bridger Mountains with the sizzle of afternoon breakfast and the warmth of Irish coffee brewing in the kitchen. What began as a trio, Shawn Swain, Joe Funk, and Kyle Shelstad began writing music and playing traditionals searching for originality and occasionally, other life forms. Torrin Daniels was quickly added on Banjo and the band began playing shows around Bozeman, Montana. They added Jesse Bulter on fiddle just in time to hit the road for Colorado and complete their sound. The Kitchen Dwellers have shared the stage with high profile artists like Railroad Earth, Greensky Bluegrass, the Deadly Gentlemen, Head for the Hills , Town Mountain, Pete Kartsounes, and WhiteWater Ramble.
The Common Ground Company
The Common Ground Company is happy to announce the release of our new EP “For Good This Time.” This collaborative effort showcases how we’ve grown over the last year as musicians, a group, and as friends. We couldn’t be more excited to share the new music with all of you! The Common Ground Company’s powerful Americana tastefully blends bluegrass, rock, and folk into grooves that are sure to keep you on the move.
Barbaro
Barbaro use traditional bluegrass instruments to blend country, jazz and newgrass styles and creates a melting pot of something auld and someting new.
The Bolt Weevils
The Bolt Weevils play original American folk music, infusing old traditions with modern content and harmony. The band takes turns leading their original songs and providing tasteful accompaniment. Big sounds come from the small group as they sing in four part harmony and trade instruments freely between them.
